A few days ago I packed up my backpack with my painting equipment and hiked on into the desert. The afternoon temperatures are just perfect for painting. While hiking I did interrupt a coyote's nap! But he scampered away.
I was intrigues by the warm sunlight and the cool shade on the hillside. Painting a backlight cactus is exciting. They just glow!
