Beverly Koldon: "Beautiful Reds" 10 x 10 Gallery wrap canvas

This was my first attempt at painting roses.  The beauty of roses is amazing.  Their softness and velvety texture are fascinating.  I had a cup and two roses I purchased from the grocery.  This is what I came up with.  It's a lovely little painting ready to hang or put on an easel.
