Red Ribbon Series Debut

This is the first painting in the series, appropriately titled: "Beginning"

When I first decided to do nudes with Red Ribbons in the painting, I had an inkling of the concept, but as I have nearly completed the second piece, a theme is beginning to evolve.

In "Beginning", a man and woman are touching the ribbons that will thread through the series. The rest of the pieces will depict various human reactions as the "Red Ribbon" touches the figures.
