eight is a whimsical acrylic painting in the Binary Birds series by Jake Beckman. It is 6 x 8 inches on archival canvas board. eight is a separable piece of a large whole representative of a cell phone key pad. The number eight is painted in interference green paint giving it a little bling, and 8 canaries rest upon it. The background is an abstract hanging garden of lush emerald. The predominant colors are shades green and yellow. In keeping with the Binary Birds social media theme the painting features ASCII Binary which represents "eight" and "8".
