People travel from all parts of the world to view the Grand Canyon. Painting the Canyon is a joy! There is something fascinating about creating a painting that inclues both rims of the Canyon. This piece is from Bright Angel View Point.
This past July I spent two weeks at the canyon painting and enjoyed talking to visitors about painting and the Canyon. This is a studio piece from two plein air pieces. I was intrigued by the Pine tree growing on the edge.
