"Guiding Her Flock"
12" X 16"  Oil on Linen  $575

The sandstone cliffs and monuments of the Southwest are inspiring.  This is a studio piece based on several plein air pieces from my recent travels in southern Utah.  I spent a month painting and collecting material for paintings.

"Guiding Her Flock" tells the story of the Native American women who have tended to their sheep for centuries amidst the splendor of the sandstone cliffs.  (This thumbnail photo does not clearly show the woman and her sheep, but I also intentionally left them small.)

To see my artwork please visit "On The Edge" Gallery in Scottsdale, AZ., or "The Gallery Store" at the Mesa Fine Arts Center in Mesa, AZ.

Thank you,

Bruce
