I titled this painting "Connections,"
because it represents the interconnectedness
of people and their relationships.
Some connections are strong,
others are new or tentative,
and still others are as yet nonexistent.
The viewer may see something altogether
different - such as molecules or cells.

This painting made me cheerful the whole time I was creating it.
The direction of petals and leaves, the movement implied even in the background,
the extra color dots ornamenting the composition ~ all purposeful to create
a cheerful and dynamic piece of art.
