Calm Waters, Contemporary Seascape Paintings by Arizona Artist Amy Whitehouse

6" x 8" Oil on Canvas Panel, $150

A never-ending joy is painting the water and the new sunsets
and sunrises that are given to us each day.
This "child" of mine is one of my favorites.
It must go to a good home.

Bulldog Rocks, 3x4 tiny oil painting by Stevie Denny

Bulldog Rocks
3x4 oil painting
on stretched canvas

Bulldog Rocks are in the Salt River wilderness area, just a few miles from where I live in Mesa, Arizona. People come from all over the world to see these giant rocks that look over the Salt River, especially when the late afternoon sun turns them to gold. The best place to view them is from a place called Water Users, off the Bush Highway (Water Users refers to the place where people put in kayaks and tubes on the Salt River). This is a TINY painting -- just 3x4 inches, but a cute little thing. It's not framed, and I don't recommend framing due to its small size. It would best be displayed on a small display easel, which I will happily provide for free to the buyer of this painting.

This painting is available through an online auction at Daily Paintworks.

Abstract Ocean, Abstract Seascape Paintings by Arizona Artist Amy Whitehouse

4" x 5", Acrylic on Stretched Canvas, $60

Because of the great response I had with my $60 paintings,
I am offering one every Saturday.
This little fella was a self-imposed exercise in
painting as few strokes as possible ~
a discipline that helps to make each stroke intentional
and purposeful.
